“We are family and you get that feeling when you visit Oliver Taylor & Company,” says Kate Taylor, co-owner. She and Susan Oliver have worked together in the industry since 1998, and decided to pursue their common career goal of owning their own salon as a team in 2004. Oliver Taylor & Company isn’t just a merger of their names, “Being business partners is like a marriage,” jokes Susan, “or, like being sisters.”

Kate and Susan have worked hard to develop an atmosphere filled with laughter, comfort and “just plain good hairstyling.” It isn’t easy to achieve the kind of environment in which clients can feel comfortable being frank about their expectations, and enjoy their stylist like a friend.
